Kaymbu

Our school utilizes a digital portfolio program called Kaymbu to help document your child’s growth. You will be getting an email or text every Friday with updates from the previous week. We encourage you to browse the photos with your child, and to use them as a starting point for conversations about what they are doing at school. One of the reasons our school chose Kaymbu was because of their security. All photos and videos are held on a secure server and only the people you choose to be added can have access to them.

You will soon a text or email from the Kaymbu company informing you that your child has new items in their portfolio. To access these photos, you can open the email or text, or you can download the App titled Kaymbu for Parents. You will need the cell number or email that you receive school communication from to finish the registration process. Please let your teacher if you have NOT received any communication from Kaymbu by Friday, Sept 7, if you would like to add an additional family member to receive notifications, or if you have any questions. Photos and video will be added throughout the week, but you will get a notification on Fridays to remind you to take a look at what is new. You are welcome to download the photos at any time, but please do not post them on social media. At the end of the year, you will receive an email from Kaymbu offering the ability to purchase a hardcopy or digital copy of the portfolio as a lasting memory. Other parents have chosen to download these photos and create their own scrapbook!

Jovial

This year we are utilizing a preschool management software for co-ops called Jovial. All of your family information, billing and more is located through the Jovial app for you to access, edit and review. Each family is sent a specific link to their Jovial page via email. If you do not have the link for your account or it has expired please click here to re-access your Jovial site.

Remind App

The co-op uses the Remind app to send out important, school wide reminders. These could be about lunch bunch cancellations, school wide field trip information, upcoming events, etc.
