Enrichment - After School Program

The Kindergarten Enrichment program is designed for children who are currently enrolled in a kindergarten program. The class is an addition to what is required by the state of Nevada for kindergarten. Enrichment is held 1-2 days per week from 1pm until 3pm in the afternoon. All activities support and promote current kindergarten curriculum goals and objectives. Children are given the opportunity to practice and develop many of the skills they are learning in kindergarten including; games, arts and crafts, building projects, science experiments, physical challenges, dramatics, and music and movement. Throughout class, students are encouraged to use social skills, problem solving skills, small and gross motor skills, reading and writing skills and cooperative play skills. The kindergarten enrichment program is fun, exciting and full of hands-on learning.
